Products

We strive to display our product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be accurate.

We also reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that the quality of products purchased will meet your expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected.

Order Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all transactions. If your package does not arrive due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you, you forfeit the right to receive your order. Juleàni is not liable for loss and is not obligated to resend your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same account, billing, and/or shipping address, or credit card. If we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via email or phone but are not obligated to do so.

Please verify your shipping and billing address at checkout and after purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@juleani.com. If your package has already been shipped to an incorrect address you provided, we are not obligated to resend it to the correct address.

Return Policy

If eligible, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery according to our return or warranty policy. Refunds are calculated based on the promotional discount applied at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for address errors, lost packages, or shipping delays once your order leaves our warehouse.

If your order is marked as "delivered" but lost, you have seven business days from the delivery date to file a claim. If you received the wrong item or an item is missing, you have three business days to file a claim. You will receive an email notification once your refund is approved. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to appear in your original payment account.

Note: Refunds cannot be processed to a different payment method.

Promotions

Mystery products and free gifts cannot be returned. If your order includes a promotional discount and is eligible for a refund, the refund will be calculated based on the applied discount.

Warranty Claims

Juleàni reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if, at our discretion, it does not meet our warranty criteria. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to items not purchased from our official website, silver tarnishing, pearl discoloration, lost or damaged jewelry, misuse, accidents, product failure injuries, or normal wear and tear. Juleàni is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Warranty Terms Changes

Juleàni reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Warranty Limitations

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not guarantee that the results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.

Liability Limitations

Juleàni is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, data loss, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the service or any product procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of using the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Mobile Service Terms

The Juleàni mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Juleàni ("Juleàni", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By opting into Juleàni's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Juleàni through your mobile provider to the number you provided, even if your mobile number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase from Juleàni. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your mobile provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your provider for details. You are solely responsible for all SMS/text message charges.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the keyword STOP to Juleàni or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in a text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you initiate it. If you have subscribed to other Juleàni mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, you must opt out separately by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms.
