30-Day Return Policy

You can return items purchased from Juleàni within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. All returns must be pre-approved by us before being sent back.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging (including any complimentary gifts).

Return Shipping Costs

While we are happy to offer a refund or store credit, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You are required to cover return shipping fees and provide a tracking number as proof of return.

Refunds

Upon successful return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are calculated based on the promotional discount applied to the order. It may take 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We offer store credit if you wish to exchange an item for another. After a successful return, you will receive a personalized store credit code. All exchanges are final.

Gift Returns

Purchased gifts cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

• If all items in a bundle are returned: You will receive a full refund or store credit for the entire bundle.

• If only some items are returned: You will receive a partial refund or store credit based on the price of the individual items returned.

Promotional Offers (e.g., Buy 2, Get 1 Free):

• If all items are returned: You will receive a full refund or store credit for the entire package.

• If items are returned separately:

  • Buy 2, Get 1 Free Promotion: You will receive 80% of the item's full value as a refund or store credit, adjusted for the applied promotion.

  • Limited-Time Offers (e.g., Buy 2, Get 2 Free): You will receive 50% of the item's full value as a refund or store credit, adjusted for the applied promotion.

Mystery Products & Free Gifts

Mystery products and free gifts cannot be returned.
