How long does delivery take?

Can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with a few exceptions.
What should I do if my order is marked as "Delivered" but I haven’t received it?
First, check the surroundings of your delivery address and ask your neighbors. If your package is still missing after 3 business days, we recommend filing a claim with your local courier. If you still can’t locate your order, contact us within 7 business days at contact@juleani.com.
Orders & Modifications
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once your order has been placed. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@juleani.com.

Returns & Exchanges
How can I return or exchange an item?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, contact us at contact@juleani.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in their original condition. Gift items can only be exchanged for store credit.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and process your return, refunds typically take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Are your jewelry pieces really waterproof?
Yes! Our jewelry is designed to be waterproof, allowing you to wear them daily without worry. Additionally, we offer a lifetime color guarantee on all our jewelry.
What does the lifetime color guarantee cover?
Our lifetime color guarantee covers significant color issues with gold or silver jewelry. It does not cover normal wear and tear, minor scratches, or pearl discoloration. If you need to file a claim, contact us at contact@juleani.com.
What if my jewelry breaks?
If your jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Contact us at contact@juleani.com with a photo and description of the issue, your order number, and your shipping address.

How do I use my Juleàni gift card?
During checkout, enter your gift card code in the "Discount Code" field to apply your store credit.
What payment methods do you accept?
